Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Simply contact our customer service team at help@showerprolux.com with your order number and request a cancellation.
  • If your order is eligible, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note: We cannot modify orders (except the shipping address) after the 24-hour window.

Returns

  • You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Exceptions: Some personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return. Check the product description or contact us for details.
  • To initiate a return:
    1. Contact us at help@showerprolux.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • We'll provide further return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely in original packaging with all accessories and paperwork. Clearly mark the reference number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
  • Bank processing times may vary.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at help@showerprolux.com.
  • Follow the regular return process above.
  • We'll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund based on your preference and product availability.
